My Order 

Which parts of Switzerland does Swiss Rasoi deliver to?

We deliver to all parts of Switzerland.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There are no minimum order amounts, however free shipping will available only for order's above CHF 35.

What are the shipping options? When will i receive my order & can i track my order?

We offer 2 shipping options and the delivery lead time varies between 2 working days to 7 working days from placing your order. All options will have the possibility of multiple (3) delivery attempts with the possibility of pick up from the nearest post office / parcel pick up center.

Free Shipping

Delivery takes between 3-7 working days, with up to 3 delivery attempts &/ pick up from nearest pick-up point.

This option will be visible for Orders above a minimum amount of CHF 35.

Please note that for orders above CHF 100 a nominal contribution towards bulk packaging may be charged depending on the weight & volume of the order. This will be displayed during the checkout process.

Expedited Paid shipping 

No weight or value limits, Delivery takes between 2-5 working days, with up to 3 delivery attempts &/ pick up from nearest pick-up point.

The Shipping cost starts from CHF 8.90 and will be calculated based on the weight of your order visible at check out. 

For most of the shipping options you will receive a shipment tracking number that can be used to track your parcel on the website of our shipping partners. The tracking links shall be sent to you when the orders have been shipped.

How do I pay for my order? Can I pay with a Red Slip/Orange Slip?

We offer most payment methods through Paypal.

In case you would like to pay with a Credit / Debit card without creating a Paypal account- select the Paypal option when checking out and on the subsequent paypal payment screen, select the grey button "Pay with Credit Card" that can be found towards the end of the page.

In addition we also offer the option of paying by invoice (Red Slip/Orange Slip) within 15 days of receiving your parcel. The Red Slip/Orange slip can be paid at your local post office or via e-banking.However please note that if payment by invoice (Red slip/Orange Slip) option is chosen, we reserve the right in certain circumstances to request pre-payment before shipping the parcel.

What are the different Order statuses that I see on my Order?

Your Order passes through a number of statuses while it is being prepared and shipped. 

Awaiting Fulfillment Your Order is ready to be packed and will be prepared for shipment shortly.
Awaiting Shipment Your Order has been prepared and the parcel is ready to be shipped.
Shipped Your Order has been shipped. Typically with this status you would have also received an email with details of the tracking number of your parcel which can then be used to track your parcel online.
Completed This is the final stage indicating closure of your Order after it has been delivered and payment has been received.

 

In addition and only exceptionally you may also come across the following Order statuses

Awaiting Payment If you have selected the Payment by Invoice Option, your order gets this status as a default first status, but moves to Awaiting Fulfilment in an hour or two. In case you find your order in this status for more that 1 working day, and we have not yet contacted you please get in touch with us using the contact us form quoting your Order Number.
Pending Your Order is on Hold. This could be due to a number of reasons such as ordered items being out of stock, delivery address validation issues etc. In case you find your order in this status for more that 1 working day, and we have not yet contacted you please get in touch with us using the contact us form quoting your Order Number.
Partially Shipped This status indicates that your order will be shipped in multiple parcels and only one of the parcels have been shipped. We would have normally informed you of this before setting the order to this status. However in case you find your order in this status for more that 1 working day, and we have not yet contacted you, please get in touch with us using the contact us form quoting your Order Number.

Can I change my order or cancel it?

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time until it has been shipped. Please contact us via the contact us form quoting your Order Number.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

I placed an order without creating an account, how do I track the status of my order?

While you will still receive email updates as your order changes its status, you will not be able to access your order on the Swiss Rasoi website without an account. If you create an account after having placed an Order, we can still associate the order to your new account and you will need to contact us via the contact us form quoting your Order Number 

I would like to re-order the same products each month, is there a subscription/standing order option?

Does Swiss Rasoi have a loyalty / rewards program?

Yes we do have a Loyalty / rewards points based program called "Swiss Rasoi Friends" that lets you collect points for every purchase you make on our website . For more information on how this works please refer to the Swiss Rasoi Friends FAQ.This feature is only be available for customers with a member account.

  

Products 

Can I buy frozen products?

Unfortunately we do not yet sell frozen/ chilled products. 

How can i be sure that the Products are fresh and not expired?

We take product shelf life and expiry dates very seriously. We make every effort to ensure a reasonable shelf life for every product that we sell. You can view the best before dates of all products in stock in the "Other Details" section on the detailed product information page.

I cannot find the product that I need.

We are constantly adding new products to our catalogue but at times may not have exactly what your are looking for. At such times we would look forward to hearing from you here.

I would like more details about a product before placing an order, can you help me with additional information?
